Svetozár Rohoň, CONTERA

Svetozar Rohon has a long term experience in asset management and leasing of commercial real estate. Before joining CONTERA in 2020 he worked as Senior Asset manager for M7 Real Estate real estate, where he was except of asset management responsible for acquisition, disposal, setting up leasing and marketing strategy including standards for property management, information systems and subsequent procedures. Prior to

M7 Real Estate he worked for SachsenFonds as Asset Manager and JLL, as a Senior Consultant at Property Management Department. Svetozar holds a Master`s Degree of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava.

Svetozar is member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2014.

He is fluent in Slovak and English.
